3) You put down an up-front payment which will be applied
toward your purchase of the house
when you buy.
4) We will give you a set price UP-FRONT that you can buy the
house for at any time during your term.
5) It's kind of a one-sided agreement; we have to sell the house
to you at the agreed upon price but you don't have to buy it.  You
have the option to buy or not to buy.  It's up to you.
6) Depending on which monthly payment option you choose, a
portion of your monthly payment goes towards the purchase of
the house at the end of your term (we call this a "rent credit").
